It is a quiet property located in Monterrey Centro district very close to Arco de la Independencia, main bus station, and downtown. The rooms are large here with A/C and good water pressure, for instance. The price is $ 602.

Check-in was smooth and early, no waiting. The Standard Twin Room was clean with amenities like air conditioning, a tv, and a private bathroom. I loved having a seating area and a desk too. The parking was secure and free. Great experience overall!

The location is convenient with easy access to nearby tourist attractions. the room lacks a comfortable resting chair and there is no floor number indication by the elevator. Room and bathroom were kept clean. There is no breakfast area, but a well-stocked convenience store is within walking distance. Oxxo, a 24/7 pharmacy, and restaurants are nearby. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable.
It’s disappointing that the air conditioning is not as soundproof as it should be.
